We have been fooled in depenency on fossil fuels. Take a hybrid fuel and replace it with an electric motor, the vehicle becomes regenerative. Add a generator or an electric car conversion kit. Add regenerative braking (already on some hybrids) and solar panels sun for optimum efficiency.
