My parents have a water heater without tank, and they love it. It is electric, and do not use all the power until the hot water tap on. Then it does not work as to heat the water through the pipe. As soon as you turn the tap, you turn the unit off. It is instant heat, and heat unlimited. Here is the site that they bought. Others have used and he also likes. Very effective use of money, not much implement. Solar water heaters would work great, but they are expensive to implement. It takes time to make your money with them.
