Solar Charger/Power Source for Laptop - Any Advice?

I work with a laptop in the field a lot and I have constant battery life problems. One solution is to lump a leisure battery along with an inverter which is heavy. The rest of my equipment is monstrous anyway but it would be good to lessen the load.

Is is possible to get a solar power source which will run a laptop?

I can find some 12v chargers but I am guessing these are not beefy enough for my needs.

This one is about the size of a lap top and has a mutli plug in so you can charge your laptop and run it as well as charge a cell phone or most any electrionics items with it.
