LED solar energy to the outside?

My friend owns a shop here in Minneapolis called The Goober Green. Its sign is not lit, the night very well, and it needs more light … Shes trying to set up the lights and LED panels strictly for solar power. Does anyone know where to find such a think / how LED lights power required? Any help is greatly appreciated

Of course, the lights at night can be powered by solar energy with batteries to hold power from day to night. Practically, this means that using the standard 12-volt panel with a charge controller.
